I do not receive E-Mail, and recipients do not receive E-Mail that I've sent them.

This issue occurs whenever your E-Mail and/or hosting account go over their allotted quota.

Within cPanel, you can set the maximum quota for each E-Mail account. If this quota is reached, E-Mail for that account will no longer function until they remove E-Mail, or their quota is increased.

If your hosting account is at it's quota, the same situation occurs. To correct this problem, one would need to remove files to make room for more E-Mail, or request an upgrade.
