In Outlook or your preferred mail program, when setting up an E-Mail account for access, use setting similar to those below, replacing yourdomain.com with your actual domain name.
Username (E-Mail Address)* : username@yourdomain.com
Incoming Mail Server: yourdomain.com
Outgoing Mail Server: yourdomain.com
Enable outgoing E-Mail verification.
To change the verification setting in Outlook 2002, go to Tools -> Accounts -> Choose the E-Mail account -> Click Properties -> Click the Servers tab -> Near the bottom is the checkbox for this function
It has been found that some mail accounts work with this (SMTP Authentication), and some don't, it's just try it on, try it off. If you get errors when sending E-Mail, then this option needs to be switched in your settings.
*: The above configuration applies to all E-Mail accounts created within your webhosting account, aside from your main username (the one used for logging in to cPanel). When using your main account, do not include @yourdomain.com in the username.
