I cannot receive E-Mail, my mail client reports an Unknown error.

If you are running Norton Anti-Virus, try shutting it off to see if that is the cause of the error.

If you are running Outlook - close it.  Press Crtl-Alt-Del (In WIndows) and make sure that OUTLOOK.EXE Is not in the list of processes under the process tab. Or simply, reboot your PC and see if that clears the problem up.

If you are not running Norton Anti-Virus, or the reboot/Outlook process clearing doesn't work, please contact us through a support ticket. Be sure to include your username, domain name, and the entirety of the error message.
