I recently setup a new account. My domain is working, but E-Mail is not.

Domain Names propagate across the Internet at different times.

Propagation Explanation:
When your domain's nameservers are updated or your domain is created, each "DNS cache" on every DNS Nameserver worldwide must be updated to reflect the new name and any changes. This process can take anywhere from 12 to 72 hours, depending on the update times of the particular DNS nameservers.

If your domain is working for you, it might not be for others. This is also the case for E-Mail. If your domain is not propagated yet for the server which is sending an E-Mail to your account, then that E-Mail will not be delivered. E-Mail will normally be the last thing to fully function on a new account.

Sending E-Mail, however, will work immediately after your account is activated.
