How do I add an Email address to Outlook Express?

How do I add an Email address to Outlook Express? I can't seem to use the correct format for my pop3 account? What is the smtp outgoing server?

1. Open Outlook Express.
2. Press "Tools"
3. Press "Accounts"
4. Press "Add"
5. Press "Mail"
6. Display Name. Type in your Name. Press Next.
7. Email Address. Type in your Email Address. Press "Next"
8. Email Server Names.
Incoming: mail.yourdomain.com
Outgoing: mail.yourdomain.com
Press "Next"
9. Internet Login: *Example Only!*
Username: yourusername@yourdomain.com
Password: yourpassword
DO NOT check the Box that says "Secure Password Authentication" Press "Next"
10. Press "Finish"
This will return you to "Internet Accounts". Highlight The newly created
Account and Press "Properties". Select the "Server" Tab, and put a check
mark in the box that says "My server requires authentication."
Click "Apply" then "OK" and close out the whole program.
