The webmail login site is not accessible from my computer.

If you are at home, be sure that port 2095 is opened on your home firewall or router. For secure webmail, also be sure that port 2096 is opened.

If you are at a workplace, it is likely that your employer has restricted Internet access to non-default ports. Webmail will most likely not be accessible at any workplace unless you use cPanel proxy.
